"The Greyhound has lots of different areas & I have really enjoyed being able to create individual atmospheres in each one. From the lively front bar to the cosy Snug restaurant or light & airy Barn & not forgetting our fabulous decked terrace. The Greyhound is so diverse, it was really important for me to create spaces where our guests felt comfortable joining us at any time of day for dinner or just for drinks."
